This is a genuine Egyptian Army uniform that was purchased secondhand in 1985 by myself at an open-air market near the Cairo train station which had a large section specializing in used army uniforms. It consists of a shirt, pants, web belt, armband, insignia, and hat. The photos below show two stars on each epaulet and there are three extra stars that come with it, shown in a plastic bag in one of the photos below. I think there must have been four extra stars at one point to make a maximum five star general and I probably lost one, sorry. The hat has a metal medallion on it and is kinda cool. Where the bottom parts of the armband which circle the arm and come together under the arm the glue has come loose that holds the two ends together but it can be easily reglued or better, upgraded with Velcro tape. The armband itself has some slight creases but overall is in decent shape. The model wearing the uniform is six feet tall; he did not put on the web belt for these photos.
